Are returns accepted?
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted because we would like to reduce the carbon footprint caused by the package going back to us. If there is a problem with your order or if you are unsatisfied, please contact us and a partial refund will be issued if a package insurance was purchased along with your order.
Are you open to international orders?
Currently, we are ONLY open to shipping within the United States. Our products are shipped from San Francisco, California.
How much is shipping?
If you are only purchasing stickers, shipping will be $1 via UNTRACKED stamped mail.
Orders containing tote bags and t-shirts will be shipped via tracked USPS first class mail. The pricing will be dependent on weight of items, starting from $3.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow our team 2-3 days to process and package your order. You should expect your order to arrive in 1-2 weeks after the process period.
My order has not arrived yet, what happens if it is lost?
Once orders are dropped off at USPS for shipping, we are not reliable for any lost or stolen packages. Partial refund will only be issued if package insurance is purchased along with the order.
